Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and MavviMood Team ("MavviMood", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the MavviMood application and related services (the "Service"). The Service is intended for users aged 17 and older.
1) The Service
MavviMood revolutionizes your wardrobe with effortless outfit tracking and digital closet organization.
- Capture and archive outfits by uploading photos with style categories and occasion tags.
- Track wardrobe usage with stats (brand, color, cost) to discover what you truly love to wear.
- Review outfits by scenes to plan looks for work, parties, travel, and more.
- Build your digital closet and visualize your wardrobe at a glance.
2) Eligibility
You must be at least 17 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3) Account Registration and Security
- You may need to create an account and provide accurate, current information.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and activity under your account.
- Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
4) Your Content
"Content" includes photos, text, tags, wardrobe details, and other materials you submit or upload. You retain ownership of your Content.
You grant MavviMood a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, and display your Content solely to operate, provide, maintain, and improve the Service for you.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload your Content and that it does not violate laws or third-party rights.
5) Acceptable Use
- Do not use the Service for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.
- Do not upload Content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights, or is unlawful.
- Do not reverse engineer or circumvent security protections.
- Do not disrupt the Service (including malware or abusive automation).
We may remove Content or suspend/terminate access if we reasonably believe there is a violation of these Terms, applicable law, or a risk to users or the Service.
6) Privacy
Our privacy practices are described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have reviewed it.
7) Third-Party Services
The Service may rely on third-party services (such as device OS features, app stores, or vendors that help us operate the Service). We are not responsible for third-party products or services not provided by us.
8) Intellectual Property
The Service (excluding your Content) is owned by MavviMood or its licensors and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service except as permitted by these Terms.
9) Feedback
If you provide feedback, you grant us the right to use it without restriction or compensation.
10) Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MavviMood disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MavviMood will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MavviMood's total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to MavviMood for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim (or USD $10 if you paid nothing).
12) Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, risk, or legal requirements.
13) Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. We will update the effective date above when changes take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
14) Governing Law and Dispute Resolution (Binding Arbitration)
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where MavviMood Team is principally established (without regard to conflict-of-laws rules).
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration in that jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement or misappropriation of intellectual property rights or confidentiality obligations.
